Credits are how you pay for the extras in a RON meeting, like ID verification, KBA and digital eSeals. One credit equals $1.00. The Business Plan starts you off with 50 credits, which is around 5 RON meetings. Credits must be in your account before you schedule a RON meeting.
Secured Signing supports all three on the Notary plans.
A standard meeting runs up to 30 minutes with 2 participants. You can extend it for $0.05 per participant, per minute, and add more participants for $1.00 each (up to 50).
No. Both plans include free onboarding with no set-up fee. On the Business Plan, that’s a $175 value.
Yes. Secured Signing is SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2, ISO 27001 certified, HIPAA, GDPR, FAA, FDA, MISMO, UETA and eIDAS compliant, and supports SES, AES and QES digital signatures. Video recordings are stored for 10 years.
Your Notary Business Annual plan gives you access to the platform to use when and as you need with documents and templates saved. We also give you 600 document uploads and 50 Secured Signing credits (valued at USD $50) each year for your account. These documents and credits are shared across all users on your account.
No. Neither the notary or the customer need any special software or hardware. Sessions can be conducted fast and easily using your internet browser.
With an annual plan, there are no hidden costs. You pay for access to the platform which is included in your annual fee, and then you pay for Secured Signing credits to be used for different features included in the notarization process. These features include IDV, KBA, ID Trust Console, notary eSeal, etc.
Notary can upload document file size up to 50MB.
To use optional add on features as you need them simply add Secured Signing credits to your account in advance (you can also enable auto-top up). Your credits will then be utilised as you use the features outlined in the pricing table above.
