ID Trust Console

Be confident the person who completed the pre-meeting ID verification and deepfake screening is the same real person present throughout the meeting, and the one who signs at the end.

The ID Trust Console is Secured Signing’s real-time identity monitoring solution for Video Signing and Remote Online Notarization (RON) meetings.

It regularly checks that the signer remains both a genuine, live person and the same individual who successfully completed the pre-meeting identity verification and deepfake detection checks.

Know Exactly Who’s on the Other Side of the Screen

Throughout the session, the Console automatically re-validates the signer, providing hosts with real-time visibility into identity and deepfake status. Hosts can also trigger additional checks on demand and instantly remove a signer if suspicious activity is detected.

The result is verified identity assurance, stronger fraud protection, and a clear audit trail that supports compliance from meeting start to final signature.

No surprises. No substitutions. Identity trust, from first join to final signature.

How It Works

The ID Trust Console is a live panel available throughout your video signing or RON meeting, giving you real-time status across four key checks:

ID Trust console 2.2
  1. ID Verification: See at a glance whether the signer’s government-issued ID matches the person who was invited to join the meeting. This is your first line of defence, confirming the right person showed up in the first place.
  2. Realify Deepfake Detection: View the authentic, suspicious, or fake status of the signer’s Realify deepfake detection scan, showing whether the face on screen is a genuine live person or a manipulated, AI-generated feed.
  3. Regular Interval Checks: The ID Trust Console analyzes the live video stream throughout the meeting at regular interval to ensure it remains authentic, and that the participant on screen is the same verified individual who was invited and who successfully completed identity verification, liveness, and deepfake detection checks. Identity status updates in real time, giving the host or notary ongoing assurance.

If suspicious activity, a potential deepfake, or a mismatch with the verified signer profile is detected, the Console immediately raises an alert, enabling prompt action before the signing process continues.

  4. On-Demand Re-Test: Something feel off partway through the meeting? Trigger extra on-demand face match checks and Realify deepfake tests, at any time you want extra reassurance, no need to wait or restart the meeting.
