Note: QES must be enabled in your settings and a QES provider added. To use QES, please ensure you have enough Secured Signing credits available.
QES-support available for iSign, WeSign, Video Signing, and Remote Online Notarization.
Step 1:
In your Secured Signing account, open a document in I Sign.
Step 2:
Under ‘Add Signature’, click Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) to add a QES signature, then click ‘Sign’.
Step 3:
In the pop-up that displays, scan the QR code with the ZealiD app on your to verify your identity and sign the QES signature.
In your Secured Signing account, open a document in the We Sign, Video Signing or Remote Online Notarization designer.
Under ‘Add Invitee’, select the option labelled Your Name (QES) to add a QES signature for yourself. Continue tagging the document, then click ‘Next’ to continue the invitation workflow before sending the document.
Note: For notaries, you can select your Notary Signature or Notary Stamp and drag it onto the document.
When you receive your invitation email, open the link to the document and click your QES signature to verify with ZealiD before signing.
Once you have completed the verification, you will see your QES signature appear. For each QES signature you will need to re-verify and sign.
As the host or Notary start your online meeting when you are ready.
Enable all of your participants to share screen and sign.
As the host, you will take back control of the meeting and click on your signature field to start the QES signing process. You will see a pop-up (see below screenshot) with instructions. Scan the QR code with the ZealiD app on your to verify your identity and sign the QES signature.
Step 4:
Once you have completed the verification, you will see your QES signature appear on the document. For each QES signature you will need to complete this process and re-verify before signing.
